Syndrome X: The Silent Killer: The New Heart Disease RiskI didn't know what is syndrome x until recently.  But I am aware that our civilization is more interested in finding new cause of diseases and giving them new names.  In fact we have hundreds of books containing definitions of all kinds of diseases discovered in the history of mankind, than books about how to stay healthy.  Consider to watch this video about H1N1 and Swine Flu in Youtube.  It seemed we are misinformed, or are we?  A Special Interview with Dr. Shiv Chopra By Dr. Mercola (Part 1 of 8))  And Syndrome X is just one of these such names.  What is Syndrome X?

Syndrome X is the name given that leads to killer diseases (World's top 10 killer diseases) also known as silent killer diseases (symptoms of silent killer diseases).  It can remain hidden for years, masquerading as symptoms of other conditions.  It generates massive numbers of cell-damaging free radicals - the toxic particles that rip through your body cells causing cellular damage, mutation or death.
