The General Motors, Inc. (GM) diet program
has been repeatedly forwarded in emails and is a "popular Internet Lore".
Developed supposedly for exclusive use of employees and dependents of GM. How this program escaped, your guess is as good as mine.
It was developed in conjunction with a grant from U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Food and Drug Administration. And was field tested at Johns Hopkins Research Centre and later approved by the board of directors of GM in 1985 general meeting.
GM endorses this program and is making it available for all employees and families with the intent to facilitate a wellness and fitness program for everyone. The plan can be used as often as one likes without any fear of complications. It is designed to flush impurities. After seven days one will be lighter by at least 10 lbs accompanied by a feeling of well being, an abundance of energy and an improved disposition.
